In-House Capabilities
Every project is managed end-to-end in our facility — from pattern-making and casting through final CNC machining and NDE inspection.
Casting
Sand casting, lost foam, and V-process. Up to 2,000 kg pour weight. Pattern-making from drawings, samples, or 3D scans.
CNC Machining
5-axis CNC, turning centers, boring mills. Precision tolerances to ±0.01 mm for the most demanding specifications.
Testing & QC
Hydrostatic pressure testing, PMI (Positive Material Identification), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Liquid Penetrant (LP) inspection.
Reverse Engineering
Full 3D scanning and CAD reconstruction of discontinued or obsolete pump components from physical samples.
